About The Map Layers

Castlemap base layer is a hybrid of NSW Govt. roads/waterways/rail data (reliable data) and Open Street Map greenspace, cycleways, paths, etc (volunteer maintained). Granny layer is 600,000* granny flats that could be built in Sydney. I measured 3m from the rear boundary and 1m from the side and plotted a floor plan from my API at HouseStrategy.net. * out of 2 million lot boundaries from Newcastle to Wollongong. Existing Buildings layers are from Overture Maps and Bing Maps where I have upgraded the data to be aligned with lot boundaries (slight rotation of most polygons). Lots layer is from NSW Govt. (land parcels/boundaries).
